Catwoman

            Bastet.
Let me just get that out of the way. OF COURSE I made her a Bastet. What am I, crazy?
Most of the background I lifted directly from Frank Miller’s Batman: Year One. I owe most of this game to Mr. Miller’s amazing graphic novel.
Selina Kyle was a prostitute in downtown Gotham City. She was also a Baghera, a were-panther. She had the merit: Fair Glabro. This allowed Selina to have two perfectly usable personas that could hardly be mistaken for each other. Her Homid form was 5’6”, while her Glabro was a statuesque, hyper-athletic 6’1” amazon (Note: I never got around to Wonder Woman. Missed opportunity).
The most original element I added to Catwoman was her whip. Since she was created from the Werewolf: The Apocalypse books, I was able to make her whip a fetish (Not the kinky kind; well, not primarily…). Her whip was a magic relic, a ten foot leather bullwhip with a sanke spirit bound into it. Not only did this make her whip able to inflict aggravated damage on supernatural creatures (Vampires, Faeries, even ghosts…), it was basically prehensile, and could “bite” its victims.
The character of Selina passed hands a few times, finally becoming an NPC. I was sad to never see her played to her full potential.
